With Victoria Boutenko and her book ”Green for Life”, the Green Smoothie Revolution was started. What’s included:
* Six full hours of teaching and live food preparation;
* The opportunity to try and make one of the recipes yourself to try out your own skills and techniques;
* Many delicious tasters in the form of freshly made juices, smoothies and other dishes;
* A full sit-down lunch with several raw recipes made of high-quality ingredients, mostly organic and seasonal;
* A printed booklet with all the recipes covered and more, plus some reference information;
* Advice on local food suppliers and where to buy kitchen equipment, plus many references;

* The opportunity to join a local raw food community for potlucks and a chat forum…
You will be tasting food and drinks during the entire day: fresh green juices, energy drinks, green smoothies, along with dishes based on sprouts such as raw sushi, stuffed tomatoes and raw lasagne. Whether you are into raw food or not, this class is the perfect way to find inspiration and the motivation to adopt a healthier lifestyle for you and your close ones.
Having followed the Simply Raw Level 1 introductory class is recommended, unless you are already somewhat familiar with raw foods, but this is not mandatory! This class is not an introductory level so it will not cover the basic understanding and science behind raw food. It is a second step in integrating raw food in your daily diet that will provide more in-depth knowledge and skills to move along on your raw food journey.
Location: Morges (near Lausanne), parking available, 5 minutes walking distance from Morges St-Jean train station, 15 minutes walking distance from main Morges train station. Details on venue and access will be supplied upon booking.

Classes in English can be organized upon request, as soon as there are enough enquiries. A minimum of six participants is required.
Timing: 10 am to 4 pm
Price: CHF 185.- to be paid in advance
Conditions: The number of seats per class is limited. The class may be canceled by the organizer if there are fewer than six confirmed participants who enroll. The final decision will be made several days prior to the class date. Payment is required in full prior to the class. Advance payment is the only way to fully secure your booking. In case the class is canceled by the organizer, payment will be immediately refunded or credited for a class at a later date.
Cancelation policy: Please note that bookings are not refundable once made but can be transferred to a third party upon request. If you miss the class for any reason out of your control, there will be no refund for en empty seat, even partial, because of advanced preparation, purchase of fresh and perishable foods, other costs incurred as well the reserved seat which has remained empty.
